Therefore, it is in everyones best interests to ensure that the trucking industry operates in a safe and responsible fashion in terms of maintaining its trucking fleets. Furthermore, it is also in the best interests of individual trucking companies to ensure that they are in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations because violations can be exceedingly costly.
